Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church celebrated their pastor of 33 years with a Special Sunday Anniversary Service.
The Anniversary Tribute for Pastor Charles E. Walton was held on March 26th. The guest preacher was longtime friend and respected pastor of Ridgeway Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Willie T. Ramey III.
The message that Pastor Ramey Brought to the attendees and the online ZOOM audience was powerful and appropriate. The sermon was pinned, “The Man Just Right for The Job” Philippians 2:19-22. The message addressed Rev. Waltons 33 year legacy of building a community of faith, addressing the challenging needs of the surrounding community and establishing Olive Grove Missionary Baptist church as a beacon of light, hope and spiritual rejuvenation.
